Caught up a bunch today. Eat, walk, sleep. Eat, walk, sleep. Heavenly.
As of this morning, the general assessment is that I am responding very well to my treatment. Finished the first round of Cytoxan at 6:45 a.m., and had two more different chemo treatments this afternoon.
The horses continue to settle into their idyllic surroundings. Holly says they are covering a lot of ground now, utilizing most of the area. They actually had to get on the quad to go out and find them yesterday. We need to get some GPS collars on them and track their movement!
Every day, David and Holly groom them to check for any bumps or cuts, give them half an apple, and send them on their way. They are all looking trim and relaxed....well, except when they're galloping like maniacs and leaping ditches for the pure joy of it!
Leroy has gladly eased out of his role as the herd leader, preferring instead to explore, graze, and befriend the miniature donkeys.
